Won’t peel under hot tires
The polyaspartic top coat shrugs off hot tire pickup — the failure that ruins cheap big-box epoxy kits in a single Carolina summer. Park your car after a drive, no lift marks the next morning.
Start to finish, then drive
Grind or acid-etch, prime, base coat, flake broadcast, top coat. In 3 or 4 days your once “nasty” garage floor is completely transformed into a stunning and extremely durable masterpiece. Walk on it the next morning. Drive on it the day after. No two-week waits, no halfway-finished garage.
Our Process

Inspect, prep & profile
Every floor gets inspected first. Most floors are good candidates for acid etching. Acid etching is the lower cost option. A small percentage of the garage floors that we complete require diamond grinding to open the pores for a clean, mechanically bonded surface. The right call for the prepping process can save significant money for our valuable customers. This is the step that determines whether your floor peels in two years or holds tight and looks excellent for the long term.
Primer + base coat
A solvent-based primer locks the prep work in and bonds the system to the concrete. Most competitors skip the primer step entirely. We don’t. The tinted 100% Solids Epoxy is applied next — applied with an 18″ roller, uniform and applied at the Manufacturer specified Mil thickness. Your floor is now ready for the flake broadcast.
Flake broadcast
While the base is still tacky, we hand-broadcast Torginol vinyl flakes to full-refusal. Done right, the flakes land evenly across the whole surface. The result: depth, texture, and slip-resistant grip.
Polyaspartic top coat
The loose flake is scraped by hand for a smooth, uniform finish. Then a clear, UV-stable polyaspartic seals the floor. Walk on it the next morning. Drive on it the day after. Done.
