What we collect
When you fill out our contact or estimate form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, address (if you provide it), and the message you send us. That's it. We don't track you across other sites, we don't sell your contact info, and we don't have an analytics arrangement with any third-party advertiser.
What we do with it
We use your information to answer your question, schedule your estimate, and follow up about your project. If you become a customer, we keep your contact info on file so we can call you if there's a warranty issue. That's the entire scope.
Who we share it with
Nobody. Your information stays between you and Jack. We don't sell leads, we don't share customer lists, and we don't pass your details to any partner companies.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses minimal first-party cookies to keep your session active when you submit a form. We don't use third-party advertising cookies. We use Google Analytics with IP anonymization to count how many people visit each page — that data is aggregated and not linked to you personally.
If you sign up for an estimate, you'll get a confirmation email. If you become a customer, you may get follow-up emails about your project. We don't have a marketing list and we don't send promotional emails.
Spam protection
Our forms use anti-spam measures including timestamp validation, rate limiting, and keyword filtering. If our system flags your message as spam by mistake, you can always reach Jack directly at (980) 263-7442.
How long we keep your data
If you submit a form and don't become a customer, we delete your information after 12 months. If you become a customer, we keep your contact info for the duration of the warranty period (5 years from install date) so we can honor warranty claims.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to delete the information we have about you. Email via the contact page with the subject line "Delete my data" and we'll confirm the deletion within 7 days.
